About Anlo Dukor
The Anlo Kingdom
Located in the southern part of Ghana’s Volta Region, Anlo Dukor geographically encompasses the 36 Gbɔtawo (States) of Anlo. Beyond the 36 Gbɔtawo, Anlo Dukor has links to settlements founded in other parts of the country by notable Anlowo.
With the Awoamefia and Awadada as President and Vice President respectfully, the Anlo Dukor Council is the supreme traditional governing body of Anlo Dukor. It serves as the unifying authority that brings together the various Traditional Councils under one leadership, upholding the values, customs, and heritage of the Anlo people.
